LEARNING OUTCOMES
Students should be able to:
1. Distinguish self-confidence, sport confidence, self-efficacy, self-esteem
   and outcome expectations.
2. Explain why self-efficacy is task-specific and situation-specific.
3. Describe and apply Bandura's four principal sources of self-efficacy
   information.
4. Analyse athlete evidence and classify relevant sources of efficacy
   information.
5. Distinguish under-calibrated, well-calibrated-functional and over-calibrated
   confidence.
6. Diagnose a confidence problem and design an evidence-informed,
   source-matched intervention.
