Build a confidence evidence plan

Identify a precise task, examine the preparation evidence and choose one action to test in training.

Use a fictional or non-identifying example. This worksheet supports learning; it is not a psychological assessment. Write on a printed copy or choose “Return” to build a downloadable plan online.

1. Name one task and situation

Example: maintain the agreed posture cue over the last 100 m in a planned training repetition.

2. Identify relevant evidence

What do recent practice, video or specific feedback show? Include limitations as well as successes.

3. Choose one preparation action

Example: review two relevant clips with the coach, then test the same cue in an agreed practice task.

4. Decide what to review

Record the specific belief, the behaviour observed and the conditions. What would lead you to adjust the plan?
